By using Followers Get, you agree to these terms. Followers Get is designed for consensual personal portrait styling and AI image generation. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Followers Get is provided for personal photo styling and image generation. You are responsible for the photos, portraits, prompts, and other content you choose to use with the app.
You may upload or use portrait photos, selfies, face images, and likenesses only if you have the legal right and consent to do so. This means you must own the photo or have permission from the owner, and you must have permission from each identifiable person shown in the image.
Do not upload or generate images of another person, including friends, public figures, celebrities, private individuals, or children, unless you have all required rights and consent. If the image shows a minor, you must have permission from the minor's parent or legal guardian where required.
AI outputs may be imperfect, unexpected, or inaccurate. Generated portraits may alter appearance, clothing, setting, lighting, or style and may not represent real events. You are responsible for reviewing generated images before saving, sharing, or using them.
Do not use Followers Get to create, request, save, or share content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, harassing, non-consensual, sexually exploitative, or invasive of another person's privacy.
Followers Get uses gems for generation actions. Gem purchases are consumable digital items processed through Apple. Purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms and refund policies.
You keep your rights to photos, face images, prompts, and generated outputs you provide or create, subject to any rights held by other people or third parties. You grant Followers Get the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the features you request, including generating AI-styled portraits.
You represent that your use of portraits, face photos, and generated images complies with applicable law and does not violate anyone's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
Followers Get may display ads and use Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt where required for advertising measurement or personalized advertising. Our Privacy Policy explains how photos, face images, generation inputs, generated images, device and advertising data, and app data are processed. By using Followers Get, you acknowledge that selected portrait photos may be stored locally in the app and, when you start AI generation, may be sent to Followers Get's generation service solely to create the images you request.
Followers Get may change, pause, or discontinue features as the app evolves. AI generation availability can depend on network access and service capacity.
Followers Get is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Followers Get disclaims warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or fitness for a particular purpose.
